Duane Vinger is an environmental engineer and registered installer/site evaluator, with 20 + years of wastewater design experience and 45 + years of installation experience.

With diverse wastewater treatment design experience, we provide services from start to finish–tasks range from planning, test pit classifications, percolation tests, designs, applications and permitting, to addressing health department complaints.
Septic installation
By Vinger Excavating
Duane Vinger is a 2nd generation excavating contractor with extensive installation experience and a strong work ethic. Vinger Excavating installs all types of wastewater systems (including Gravity, Pressure Dose, and Level 2 Systems – Advantex, Eliminate, SepticNet, Norweco) and helps clients avoid some of the unique problems/challenges associated with the installation of wastewater treatment systems.
Septic Assessment

As part of a septic assessment, we provide septic compliance review (includes copy of current septic permit if available), on-site septic inspection, as-builts and system certifications if available, and arrangements for septic pumping certification prior to closing.
