Septic Assessments
We provide wastewater compliance review and on-site septic inspection for real estate sales in the Gallatin, Madison, Broadwater and Park County areas. So whether you’re a Buyer, Seller or home owner, contact us to evaluate your property’s current septic approval.
As part of a septic assessment, we provide a septic compliance review (includes copy of current septic permit if available), on-site septic inspections, as-builts and system certifications if available. We also provide arrangements for septic pumping certification prior to selling or purchasing a home.

Your real-estate company assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided, nor does it guarantee the future condition or function of the onsite wastewater treatment system. Current/future homeowners are responsible for correcting any problems noted on the assessment report, and obtaining the proper permits prior to repair from the MDEQ or local Health department in your county. Furthermore, the independent analysis of your current septic system regarding the site/parcel will be based on county records and onsite observations made at the time of the review. The assessment review is not an indication of warranty or system certification. Nor does it guarantee the current septic system will continue to operate in a satisfactory condition for any length of time.
